Background

The City of Minneapolis Public Works is recommending street improvements to the 9th Street South and 10th Street South corridors between East 14th street and 2nd Avenue North. The proposed project will identify opportunities to improve safety for all travel modes, with a focus on upgrading the existing bike lanes to meet the City’s All Ages and Abilities standards. The project will also evaluate improvements to pedestrian crossings, ADA ramps, and signal improvements at key intersections.
